Terms & Conditions

Overview

Welcome to the SaaS Builders Manual, a free marketing crash course for software builders provided by TechnologyCircle GmbH. The website offers a free interactive course, articles and the option to request individual coaching or apply for a group cohort coaching. By using the website, you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Terms").

Free course and articles

The course and the articles are free of charge and need no account. They are general educational content and do not replace individual business, legal or financial advice. Any decision you take based on the content is your own responsibility.

Coaching requests

Sending the individual coaching or the cohort form is a non-binding request, not a booking. There is no right to be accepted into a coaching or a cohort. Scope, dates and price of a coaching are agreed separately with you before it starts, and only that separate agreement creates an obligation for either side.

User Conduct

When using the website, you agree to avoid any activity that could damage our service, other users, or the broader Internet community. Activities such as engaging in illegal conduct, violating intellectual property rights, sending spam through the forms or distributing harmful content are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content of the course and the articles belongs to TechnologyCircle GmbH. You may use it for your own personal and non-commercial purposes. Any other use, in particular copying or republishing the content, requires our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties regarding functionality, availability or the accuracy of the content. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with the website, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this website, and you are advised to review them periodically.
