Data Protection Overview

We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data is processed when you use the SaaS Builders Manual, and why. Hosting

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL). The files are stored in Amazon S3 in the AWS region Frankfurt and delivered through the Amazon CloudFront network. When you visit the website, the servers technically process your IP address, the requested page, date and time, and your browser information, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

We do not use cookies and we do not use any tracking or analytics tools. To let you continue the course where you left off, your answers and your progress are stored in the local storage of your own browser. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it any time with the "Reset" button in the course or by clearing your browser data.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For this, your browser connects to Google's servers and transmits your IP address. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Coaching request forms

If you request individual coaching or apply for a cohort, we process the data you enter: name, email address, your go-to-market motion, your message and, for the cohort, your time zone and preferred language. We use this data only to answer your request and to organise the coaching. The form data is transmitted to and stored with CustomJS, a service operated by TechnologyCircle GmbH itself. Legal basis is the handling of your request and the steps prior to a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We delete the data when it is no longer needed for your request, unless legal retention periods apply.

Our website contains links to other websites, for example to book recommendations. Please note that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personal data.

Your Rights
